Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping Methods & Tracking

• Carriers: We ship internationally via Japan Post (EMS), Yamato Transport, DHL, or FedEx.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination region and the total weight of your order. Please check the final shipping fee at the checkout page.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Most orders arrive within approximately 7−12 business days after shipment"Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed."
• Please note: Delivery to remote areas or islands may take an additional 3–4 days.
• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, natural disasters, or major international events beyond our control.

4. Exterior Packaging Condition

• We take great care in packaging to prevent any damage. However, during international transit, minor dents or scratches may occur on the outer box.
• Please understand that minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the actual product (incense) is not eligible for return or replacement.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
• These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). As customs policies vary widely by country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

配送ポリシー (Shipping Policy)

当ショップでは、大切なお香を安全に、そして確実にお手元に届けるために以下の配送ルールを設けております。

1. 配送方法と追跡

• 配送業者： 日本郵便（EMS等）、ヤマト運輸、またはDHL/FedEx等の国際宅配便を利用します。

• 追跡サービス： すべてのご注文に**追跡番号（Tracking Number）**を付与いたします。発送完了後、メールにて番号をお知らせします。

2. 配送料金

• 配送料金は、配送先の地域および商品の総重量に基づいて算出されます。チェックアウト画面にて最終的な金額をご確認ください。

3. 配送日数（目安）

• 発送完了後、通常 7-12日前後 で到着いたします。(配送日数は目安であり、保証されるものではありません）
・ ※離島や遠隔地の場合は、さらに3〜4日程度かかる場合がございます。
• ※自然災害、通関手続き、または国際的な大規模イベントの影響により、配送に遅延が生じる可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

4. 輸送中の外箱の状態について

• 私たちは、商品の外箱にへこみや傷がつかないよう、細心の注意を払って梱包しております。
• しかし、国際輸送の過程で、稀に外箱に軽微な擦れやへこみが生じる場合がございます。お香本体の使用に支障がない範囲の外箱のダメージについては、返品・交換の対象外とさせていただきますので、何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

5. 関税および輸入税について（重要）

• 海外へ発送する場合、お届け先の国の法律により、関税、消費税、および通関手数料が発生する場合があります。
• これらの費用はお客様（受取人）のご負担となります。税額については国によって異なりますので、詳細は現地の税関へお問い合わせください。
